品酒錄: 青檸、蜜瓜、梨子的芬芳與無花果、奇異果等熱帶水果的芳香混合交融而成此款怡人提神的葡萄酒。在淡淡的西柚氣息襯托下，此酒中礦物質般的回味十分突出，令人驚喜。

2. Frei Brothers Reserve Chardonnay 2007 (配四小碟_春卷)
Tasting Note: Flavors of orange zest and green apple, which are complemented by buttery and toasty notes.
品酒錄: 擁有淡淡的洋梨及桃香，再融合柑橘、檸檬及少許的木桶芳香。

3. Woodhaven Merlot 2007(配四小碟_黑椒牛柳粒)
Tasting Note: A soft & fruit forward Merlot with aromas of ripe blueberries, plums & chocolate,. Deep garnet in colour, this wine has flavors of black cherries, currants with a hint of toasted oak to accent the finish.
品酒錄: 充滿豐富的梅子及巧克力香氣。入口果味濃郁，帶有黑梅及煙薰味道。酒質細緻均衡，收結柔和。
4. Foppiano Pinot Noir 2006 (配四小碟_翡翠炒煙鴨胸)
Tasting Note: Full of cherry cobbler and raspberry jam with an added suggestion of sweet spices; nutmeg and clove. Mellow toasty oak in the long and fruity finish with trailing white pepper.
品酒錄: 充滿莓類果醬香味，加上甘甜香料、肉豆蔻及丁香。帶有芳醇的木桶香氣、果香及白胡椒味，回味悠長。
