Canelé de Bordeaux

It's my second time making Canelés de Bordeaux.  They are not difficult to make, what you need to take care of is mainly the temperature and the beeswax coating.  And traditional copper Canelé moulds are the best, compared with the silicone ones.  Will share the details with you in the future.  ;)

Glittering Strawberries

Got the idea from Pinterest, then taught my students to make them.  These are their work.  Do they remind you of France?  :)
